A graduate of the Faculty of Arts and the Institute of Business Administration in Nancy (54), Bernard is a former administrative magistrate. He worked successively at the Versailles Administrative Court and the Paris Administrative Court of Appeal and undertook several "secondments", successively at the Competition Council (now the Competition Authority), at the Court of Justice of the European Union, and as Director of Legal Affairs for the Ile-de-France region. Recently appointed honorary lawyer of the Paris Bar, he joined it in 1996. As such, Bernard has recognized expertise in social security litigation.

Joris, born in Briey, in Meurthe-et-Moselle (54), in the Longwy basin, grandson of a miner who grew up in the mining towns of Eastern France, is a young labor lawyer. Due to his "mining" origins and his years of professional experience in a working-class environment, he offers an interpretation of the labor code particularly focused on the issue of health and safety at work. A graduate of the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) in Paris in labor law, also a graduate in business management from the National Agency for Adult Vocational Training (AFPA), he inherits from his father Bernard the ability to take a transversal and creative look at civil law and has worked, among other things, in a law firm as well as in the Rights, Freedoms and Legal Actions department (DLAJ) of the CGT union headquarters. Now based in Saint-Etienne (42), a town with a significant mining heritage, he is committed to continuing his mission of providing information and advice on labor law to individuals, businesses and institutions.
