A graduate of the Faculty of Arts and the Institute of Business Administration in Nancy (54), Bernard is a former administrative magistrate. He worked successively at the Versailles Administrative Court and the Paris Administrative Court of Appeal and undertook several "secondments", successively at the Competition Council (now the Competition Authority), at the Court of Justice of the European Union, and as Director of Legal Affairs for the Ile-de-France region. Recently appointed honorary lawyer of the Paris Bar, he joined it in 1996. As such, Bernard has recognized expertise in social security litigation.
