JORIS GENESTE: AUTHOR Joris, a labor law expert, will discuss the measures relating to workplace fatigue provided for by the law of April 14, 2023. Are we aware of increases and decreases in the legal retirement age? This is the private law aspect of this presentation.
NINA TARHOUNY: GUEST EXPERT Our guest star. A doctor of law specializing in occupational health and safety, and founder of the firm Global Impact, Nina will bring us an objective and quantified approach to the impact of pension reform on workers' health. This will be the technical component of this conference.
