Pension reform

Through the analysis of the reform implemented by the law of April 14, 2023, this work provides an objective assessment of the pension system as we know it today in France.

By studying each article of the law, he highlights in an unprecedented way the parliamentary and constitutional difficulties encountered, as well as their financial stakes.
